Biography
Adrian Furey was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Logistics effective November 2016. He has direct responsibility for sourcing, distribution, real estate and global manufacturing. Mr. Furey served as Vice President, Operations of Zimmer Biomet’s North American operations from July 2015 to November 2016 and previously led the Company’s operations in Shannon and Galway, Ireland. Prior to joining the Company (then Zimmer) in 2008, he held key operational and engineering roles at Abbott, DePuy, Covidien and C.R. Bard. Mr. Furey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Ireland.
