Jana Pagáčová

Biography

 Jana Pagáčová focuses her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, financial services, energy and regulatory and intellectual property matters. She advises both national and international clients on acquisitions, sales, mergers and divestitures involving businesses in the Slovak Republic. Jana advises on privatizing state-owned companies, cross-border mergers under the relevant EU Directive and equity investments by venture capital funds in the Slovak Republic. She has also managed numerous due diligence projects involving various industries.
