Biography
Mr. Nicolas Manardo has been appointed as a new non-executive director since June 2017. Mr. Manardo is currently Managing Director at Bpifrance Investissement in charge of Mid & Large Cap Private Equity Investments, a position he has held since 2009. Mr. Manardo is also a Director of Imalliance SA and is an observer on the Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics N.V. Mr. Manardo held senior positions at Lazard and Société Générale CIB in the U.S. and Europe and various financial positions at Saint Gobain in Latin America and Europe. Mr. Manardo graduated from the ESCP Europe Business School in Paris in 2000.
