Tomáš Mareček

Biography

 He was born on July 30, 1976 in Prague. He graduated from the Faculty of Finance at the University of Economics in Prague. He started his career in J & T's merger and acquisition division in 2004. In 2004 he joined Cablo Elektro, as, where he first co-operated in the restructuring of the company and subsequently worked as Chief Financial Officer. Between 2007 and 2009, he participated in the acquisitions of several companies. From 2011 to 2013 he was Vice-Chairman and since 2013 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Pražská teplárenská, as He has also worked as a member of the Supervisory Board of EP Industries, as From 24 January 2013 he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of eustream, as
