Michal Dubovsky

Biography

  Michal Dubovsky have studied environmental sciences, especially conservation biology and natural resource management. His MSc. diploma thesis was focused on forest management impact on ecosystems. His PhD study was focused on indicating changes in ecological systems as tool for environmental management. He have had 8 years long field experiences in the forests research and writing up results as evidenced by many research publications. He have also managed environmental impact assessment especially on a range of infrastructure and urban development projects in private sector where he worked as an expert for Environmental Impact Assessment. Moreover he  have worked at the department of Environmental impact assessmet in the Slovak Ministry of Environment where my duties were environmental statements and reports writing, client management and liaison, business development and proposal writing and sharing environmental expertise. Currently he am working at the department of international relations of EXIMBANKA SR as environmental expert. He have worked 3 times in Cambodia for 6 months every time, as a development project director (1 time) and volunteer (2 times) :-).
