Biography
Thomas Munley has global responsibilities for human resources, security, communications and strategic planning. Munley began his career at General Motors in Trenton, New Jersey, in 1977. He worked in several Manufacturing positions in Trenton, NJ, and Philadelphia, PA. In 1991 he was assigned as the Labor Relations Manager responsible for collective bargaining with the United Auto Workers Union for more than 3,000 hourly employees. Munley was named Human Resource Director at General Motors in Vandalia, Ohio, in1995; his responsibilities included collective bargaining with the United Steelworkers Union of America. In 2001 he was assigned Personnel Director for the Delphi Thermal radiator business in Moraine, Ohio, responsible for multiple sites with over 4,000 employees, responsible for collective bargaining with the Industrial Division of the Communication Workers of America International Union. In 2007 he was assigned as Human Resource Director for the Delphi Interiors and Closures business in Troy, Mich. He received a bachelor’s degree from Husson College, in Bangor, Maine.
