Biography
William (Bill) Dircks leads the global financial operations. Dircks has spent most of his career in senior leadership positions within the automotive manufacturing industry and brings a great deal of international experience. His past roles include Executive Vice President and CFO for Avon Automotive and Vice President and Corporate Controller for Lear Corporation. Most recently, Dircks served as Senior Advisor for the private equity firm Charterhouse Equity Partners LLC. Immediately prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and CFO at PREZIO Health. Earlier in his career he held financial positions with Honeywell International (previously AlliedSignal, Inc.) in Southfield, Michigan, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York and Tokyo, Japan.

Dircks has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Manhattan College, Bronx, New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
