Biography

 .I am a senior manufacturing operations leader with approximately 25 years’ experience in the automotive industry. I have a wide range of experience across programme management, launch, production, supply chain and quality. I was part of the senior leadership team responsible for the successful set-up of a new manufacturing plant for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in China. I was accountable for the initial manufacturing programme set up, through to leading the operations, supply chain, and quality teams to delivering the successful launch of JLR’s first vehicle in China. I have a commercially focused approach to problem solving and developing business processes, with proven people management and engagement skills. I pride myself on my ability to instil vision to achieve company goals and surpass production expectations, whilst maintaining quality, safety, and customer first integrity, through total quality management.
