Biography

 He is a Partner of Amrop Slovakia and a member of the Strategy Board of Jenewein Group. He primarily focuses on developing cooperation with locally and/or family owned companies and leads professional teams working in the areas Executive Search & Leadership Consulting.He is experienced in management and execution of international Executive Search projects in CEE region for top and middle management positions as well as highly specialized positions. In past more than ten years he has developed his knowledge and gained extensive experience in business processes, restructuring, quality, planning, marketing and sales. His core responsibility is to manage projects in Automotive & Industrial and Technology sectors. He dedicates a lot of his energy to family business clients and helps their owners to find optimal solutions in the areas of succession planning, further professional development of other family members involved in the business, clear definition of the roles of a business owner and a manager and provides consulting in business processes and organization. He supports these businesses in placing professional managers from outside the family in key positions.
