Biography
Martin Partl is a Consultant at Amrop Slovakia and is responsible for the delivery of Executive Search projects. He is involved in various project development activities for the Amrop Global Practice Group Industrial.Prior to joining Amrop, he worked as a manager for one of the largest FMCG companies in the world. He was managing sales activities not only in Slovakia but also in Czech Republic. He participated in preparation of strategies and development of marketing and go-to-market plans. Through managing his sales team Martin Partl gained experience with the people management and development. The topic of people potential development is dear to him and that is why he decided to go through a coaching school.Martin Partl has a degree from the Faculty of Economics at Technical University in Košice. During his studies, he took part in exchange study program at the University of Valencia and went to an internship in Turkey. While studying at university he was an active member of AIESEC, a non-profit organization, where he held several positions from talent manager to national coach responsible for the development of soft skills of individual members.
