Biography

 She works as a Research Consultant. She is responsible for research phase of Executive Search projects for Automotive & Industry clients. She is an experienced analyst working primarily on processes and system data analysis for strategy improvements and their impact evaluations in private and public sectors. She joined the firm in 2011.She gained experience in education and coaching in her previous career. She participated on several major projects in science and research and presented the results at international conferences. She also has extensive experience editing, publishing and lecturing.
