 Tomáš Melišek is a Senior Associate in the Bratislava office. He focuses on banking and finance, as well as M&A and corporate. RECENT ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDE ADVISING TATRA BANKA on a EUR 55 million financing to Tatravagonka, a.s. A MIDDLE EASTERN SOVEREIGN WEALTH FUND on all aspects of the sale of a portfolio of large warehouses and office buildings in Trnava, Nitra and Bratislava to CTP, also involving advice on acquisition financing issues MID EUROPA PARTNERS on the acquisition of Alpha Medical Group (a leading laboratory diagnostics provider in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and with operations in Poland) from Penta Investments, a CEE focused investment group and on the EUR 75 million acquisition financing provided by ING Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit Bank Austria VINCI CONCESSIONS and MERIDIAM INFRASTRUCTURE on a €1.24 billion refinancing of the Slovak Republic’s first PPP project, the R1 Expressway, through the issue of bonds listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange by the concessionaire, Granvia.
