Biography
Viliam MyšiÄka is a Counsel in the Bratislava office and the head of the firm-wide TMT sector. He focuses on M&A and corporate, TMT, restructuring and insolvency, employment and labour law, and dispute resolution. RECENT ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDE ADVISING LONESTAR GROUP on the disposal of a shopping mall in Bratislava SBERBANK EUROPE on the sale of its majority stake in the Slovak subsidiary Sberbank Slovensko PORSCHE on its acquisition of Kuka Enco in Slovakia E.ON SE on its internal restructuring and the related sale processes in Slovakia MOTA-ENGIL on the EUR 15 million sale of its Slovak joint stock company (focussing on construction) to YIT Reding EDUCATION 1999 – 2005: Comenius University, Bratislava, Faculty of Law, Master of Law (Mgr.)
