Biography
Upstream Executive Vice President Dr. Gašo joined MOL Group in January 2010 when he became Executive Director for Corporate Services and member of the Executive Board at INA. From September 2012 he was appointed to Senior Vice President of Controlling, Accounting and Tax at MOL Group. Since April 2015, Dr. Gašo has been acting as COO of MOL Group Upstream. Before joining MOL Group he was an Associate Principal at McKinsey&Company for five years. Under his leadership in MOL Group Upstream the operating model has been transformed ensuring that the Upstream will be a value-creating business even in a low oil price environment.
