Biography
Fabrice is the CFO of Penta Investments. He manages and supervises various departments across Penta which includes controlling & reporting, analysis, consolidation, treasury, investment risk, IT, tax, internal audit and procurement. He is the member of Penta Investment Committee as well as the member of Executive Board. Fabrice has over 20 years of experience in senior financial management roles. He is an expert in liquidity management, cost cutting and restructuring with a solid international exposure (United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain). Prior Penta he had worked as CFO in Sun Capital Partners. His experiences include the CFO and CIO for Brake France, a food service distribution company, where he successfully executed a large turnaround leading to the company's sale. He also served in senior finance positions with HPC SA (France), The Walt Disney Company (France), and Schlumberger Wireline & Testing (France, Netherlands). Fabrice received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Columbia and the London Business School, and Bachelor degree in Finance and Communication from ESCP (Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris).
