Courtney Kingery

Biography

She has been with Tate & Lyle for the past three and a half years in her role as Global Product manager for Health & Wellness products. Her team is part of the global sales function. They have a regional sales structure; however she also takes a global and holistic view for specific customers. She develops close relationships with each region and help to bring together their regional innovation, supply chain and applications teams. In this way, she acts a bit like an orchestra conductor, bringing people together to work collaboratively so that they can deliver their strategy.
