Viola LeŠkovÁ

Biography

 Doctor Lešková specializes in retinal ailments, diagnostics and treatment of eye ailments, such as age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at UPJS University in Košice in 1997. In the same year, she started working at the ophthalmologic clinic in Banská Bystrica. Since 2009, she has been actively devoted to the modern intravitreous pharmacological treatment of retinal ailments and laser treatment of the retina. For more than five years, Doctor Lešková has been working as an investigator in several international clinical studies. She is member of the Slovak Medical Chamber and the Slovak Ophthalmological Society.
