Biography
He specialises in the microsurgery of the anterior eye segment, mainly cataract and refraction microsurgery. He also focuses on diseases of the iris, glaucoma and retinal diseases.After completing his studies at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik (LF UPJŠ) in Košice and working as a junior doctor at the Ophthalmological Clinic of LF UPJŠ, from 1978 he worked as head physician in the Department of Ophthalmology in Levice.
