Dr. Pavol Veselý

Biography

 He is author and co-author of several specialist lectures and publications. He is a member of the Slovak Medical Chamber, the European Cataract and Refractive Surgery Society, the Czech Society of Refractive and Cataract Surgery and the Czech Vitreoretinal Society. He obtained an award for the best specialist article in Oftalmochirurgia magazine for 2006. He has introduced many surgical procedures in corneal surgery and myopia which had not previously been performed in Slovakia.He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik (LF UPJŠ) in Košice in 2002.After completing his studies, he started to work in the Ophthalmology Clinic of the Faculty of Medicine at the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague.
