Biography
Partner Director Middle East and Africa He is responsible for developing the company’s presence on markets in the Middle East, Africa, Russia and the Confederation of Independent States (CIS) countries. He manages daily operations and identifies business opportunities for SpenglerFox’s offices in these regions. Cedric is also leading SpenglerFox’s entry into specific strategic markets: South Africa (2014) and Saudi Arabia (2015). He works from SpenglerFox’s Middle Eastern hub located in Dubai. Cedric has worked in the executive search industry since 2008. His current duties have him focusing on a radical transformation of regional business models; namely, helping clients move from an “export” model for their services to networks of offices that have a true local presence. His team works with clients day-in/day-out to help them manage these transitions successfully. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Cedric worked for the pharmaceutical company, Ipsen. At that company, he focused on regional development, general management and strategic planning; always for operations on emerging markets.
