Biography
Mr Joe Kabissa is currently the Board Chairman since 27th July 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Science General (University of Dar es Salaam 1972 -1975), Master of Science in Applied Entomology (Colorado State University – 1981 – 1983) and PhD in Applied Zoology (University of Dar es Salaam 1987 – 1993). Past Experience: Executive Director of Kamal Agro of the Kamal Group of Companies, Tanzania from July 2010 to July 2014 Director General of The Tanzania Cotton Board from May 1999 to April 2010 Zonal Director of Agricultural Research and Training for Lake Zone, Tanzania from April 1993 to May 1999 Other position currently held: Consultant to Gatsby Africa, Tanzania Office
