Biography
Morgan is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and has also attended the Strategy Master Academy at the University of Cape Town's business school. He attended the Advanced Management Program 181 at Harvard Business School in Boston. Morgan has been involved in the seed industry since 1998 when he joined Seed Co Limited as Chief Financial Officer. He has previously held senior positions in diversified regional corporates involved in mining, banking, agriculture, property development, retail, motor vehicle assembly and distribution. He was appointed Group Chief Executive in January 2010 and also seats as an independent non executive Director on the boards of TSL Limited, FBC Bank and the Initiative for Global Development.
