Biography
Naidoo holds a MEng degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pretoria. He joined the CSIR in 2005 and plays a leading role in agroprocessing process and product development. He has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed papers, patents as well as conference proceedings.
Research Interest
Naidoo’s research interests lie in the general field of agroprocessing with a specific focus on process and product development in this area.
