Ntuthuko Masikane

Biography

Masikane holds a PhD degree in marine biology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. His research focuses on toxicity testing of complex effluents destined for sea disposal, assessment of water, and sediment quality in estuarine and marine systems using toxicity testing procedures developed by the CSIR.

Research Interest

Masikane’s research interests lie in the assessment of water and sediment quality in estuarine and marine ecosystems with a special focus on toxicity testing.
