Biography
Kotzé is a CSIR chief researcher in enterprise systems engineering, enterprise knowledge engineering and management, socio-technical systems, human-computer interaction and interaction design. She is an extraordinary professor at the Department of Informatics, University of Pretoria and the School of ICT, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University; and an internationally acclaimed, B-rated (National Research Foundation) scientist.
Research Interest
Kotzé’s research interests lie in the intersection of information and communications technology and industrial psychology, with a special interest in enterprise systems engineering, knowledge engineering and management, and socio-technical systems.
