Biography
Mbambiso holds a BSc degree majoring in chemistry and applied chemistry from the University of Cape Town. She is a senior researcher assigned to the CSIR’s agroprocessing group, with more than 15 years of experience in research and development, piloting and full-scale manufacture of various products.
Research Interest
Mbambiso’s area of expertise lies in the development of cosmetic products.
