Biography
Garland has a PhD in chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, USA. She leads a CSIR research group focusing on regional air quality modelling and environmental health. Garland’s research areas of interest include the measurement of atmospheric pollutants, with a focus on aerosol particles, regional air quality modelling, air quality and climate linkages, and the health impacts of air pollution and climate change.
