Koen leads a team of statisticians who specialise in the collection, assessment and analysis of scientific data for the improvement of knowledge and decision-making. The team has a successful track record in providing statistical support on a range of research projects in different domains. Such statistical support includes advice on the processes involved in collecting scientific data, in the assessment and extraction of relevant information from scientific data, and in the analysis, modelling and forecasting of scientific data to extract conclusions and make decisions.
