Biography
Masindi holds a PhD in environmental science with particular focus in environmental chemistry from the University of Venda. He joined the CSIR in 2013 and was appointed as a senior researcher in 2015. During the same year, he received the JD Roberts Emerging Researcher Award for his work. Masindi is an active and highly cited author in the field of water and wastewater treatment. He is a Research Fellow at the University of South Africa.
Research Interest
Masindi’s research interests focus on nano-based clay composites and natural materials, and their applications in wastewater treatment.
