Biography

 Nafisaa Alli has been in the Cereal Food Industry for the last 29 years and is the Technial Sales Director. Working for international Companies namely Novozymes where she spend 22 years working as a Sales Manager & Developing new product for the Cereal Food market. She then moved to AB Mauri where she spend 3 years with them as a Technical Manager.Nafisaa has extensive knowledge, a strong technical Background covering Enzymes used in Baking, Raw materials used in the industry, reading flour analysis and correcting the flour accordingly with Enzymes. Nafisaa is excellent in preparing unique customized premixes for customers.Nafisaa has operational background, covering small to large industrial bakeries, she is an important member of the management team.Nafisaa\'s key areas of responsibility include, Management, Developing New Products ,Technical sales, Procurement Training of Bakers and educating Bakers, Plant Optimization for small to large bakeries.Nafisaa Alli studied in the UK, Switzerland, completed her South Africa Chamber of Baking course and also completed the American Institute of Baking Courses.Today Nafisaa Alli is an equal Partner/Share holder at Ecozymes SA Pty Ltd with her two colleagues Rodney Theodore Blower & Enock Davahna.
