Biography
My first exposure to the Climate Crises was at Equity Estates who one of the partners in the Menlyn Maine development, which is a R10Bn development in the Eastern Suburbs of Pretoria. I fulfilled the roll of development director and co-ordinated all physical building construction work on site. I was also Head of Sustainability and oversaw all Green Star SA and GBCSA interactions, LEED ND master planning and project co-ordination as well as primary interface with the Clinton Foundation with regards to our Climate Initiative work, which seeks to develop the entire site as a carbon negative project. Menlyn Maine is the only project in the world that currently is working within the 3 frameworks.
