Biography
I have over 25 years of professional and research experience working in the environmental and water sectors in Africa. I have over 15 years’ experience in designing, leading and implementing collaborative research programmes in Africa. I have been involved in the supervision, mentoring and examination of over 30 postgraduate students. I have been involved in several public policy and planning processes for African ecosystems. I have been a member of various advisory and professional bodies including the International Water Security Network, INSAKA Consortium of Universities, African Forest Forum, East African Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade Group, Advisory Committee on UN REDD National Joint Project in Zambia and Advisory Committee on National Climate Change Steering Committee in Zambia.
