Professor, Law faculty, Potchefstroom Campus of the NWU, Potchefstroom NRF rated Serves on Executive Committee of the International Society of Family Law Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa Lectures mainly in Family Law, Law of Persons and the Law of Unjustified Enrichment. Research relates to relevant topics in Family law, more particularly the position of children
