Biography
Eng. Ayodele Femi serves as Engineering Head of Pharma-Deko Plc. He graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka with 2nd Class Honor Upper Division in Mechanical Engineering 1992 and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Lagos in 1998. He started his career in 1994 at Lucky Fibres Nig. Ltd, Ikorodu as a Mechanical Engineer. He joined Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria in March 1999 as a Mechanical Engineer in the Technical Department of Agbara Plant. He then moved to Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited where he was the Manufacturing Support Manager. He is a member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and a Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) He attended numerous strategic management training courses both in local and international level.
