Biography
Jeanne has a background in community radio and plays a supportive role in the local community radio sector. She teaches the second and fourth year radio courses, assists in the teaching of the IsiXhosa for Journalism programme, runs an internship course for senior students, and supervises MA students. She is the chair of the curriculum forum of the School of JMS and chairs the steering committee for a curriculum development exchange programme between the School of JMS and Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique. She has a doctorate focusing on journalism education.
