Biography
Professor Trevor S. Emslie has SC, BA, and LLB degrees of the University of Witwatersrand and BCom (Hons)(Taxation) and MBA from UCT. He is an Advocate of the High Court. He has specialised in tax law, being convenor and lecturer on the Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law at the University of Cape Town, and practising as an advocate exclusively in the field of taxation.
