Biography
After graduating from the University of Cape Town with a LLB in 2012 and a Master of Laws in Commercial Law (LLM) with distinction in 2013, and successfully pursuing a second LLM in Shipping Law in 2014, James Leach became a lecturer in the Faculty of Law's Commercial Law Department. He is the primary developer and course convenor of a new Postgraduate Diploma in Regulatory Compliance Management.
Research Interest
His research interests lie in theories of corporate legal regulation, corporate governance and financial aspects of corporate financing structures.
