Academic qualifications: MSc/PGCE in Mathematics - Oxford University; Linacre College - 2004-2005 MSc (Econs) Operational Research - London School of Economics & Political Sciences - 1993-1994 BSc (Hons) Decision Analysis - University of Hertfordshire - 1990-1992 HND in Quantitative Methods for Business - Hatfield Polytechnic - 1988-1990 Previous UCT experience: Appointed as a Temporary Lecturer in the Department of Statistical Sciences in 1994, Lecturer in 1995 on a three year contract, and permanent Lecturer in June 1996. Promoted ad hominem to Senior Lecturer in 2003.
