Biography
Dr Cecile Gerwel Proches is a lecturer in the Graduate School of Business and Leadership. She is involved in lecturing at the Postgraduate Diploma and Masters level in Leadership Studies. Her PhD examined the use of systems methodologies to investigate social complexity in a sugar milling area in KZN. Her research, supervisory and consulting interests include leadership, change management, and organisational behaviour.
