Biography
Dr Emmanuel Mutambara was appointed at UKZN from 1 February 2015 as Lecturer. Prior to his appointment he was Senior Lecturer at the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) for 8 years. Before that he was an Academic Manager at the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU). He holds a PhD in Business Administration from North-West University, South Africa. His academic interest is Organisational Development (OD), within the fields of Organizational Dynamics, Organisational Behaviour, Strategy and Change Management. Dr Mutambara has published quite a few academic peer reviewed papers and supervised over 30 MBA students that graduated successfully.
