Biography
Reitze is an anaesthesiologist and critical care specialist working at Grey’s Hospital and is a member of the UKZN Perioperative Research Group. He is interested in perioperative medicine and has a PhD on the role of B-type natriuretic peptide in perioperative risk stratification. He completed a research fellowship in perioperative medicine and obtained a Masters in Health Research Methodology from McMaster University, Canada.
