Biography
She achieved her MCom (Cum laude) Industrial Psychology education in 2006 and PhD (Human Resource Management) Industrial Psychology in 2010 education from NWU.
Research Interest
Her focus is on Work-life balance, Work-nonwork interference, Career Success, Instrument development and Validation studies.
