Fourie Pieterse

Biography

Fourie Pieterse joined the Department of Architecture at the University of Pretoria in 2013 after practicing as a landscape architect since 2005, both in private practice and local government. He lectures in the undergraduate program, teaching 1st year Earth Science as well as 2nd year Construction and Plant Science. In the past he also acted as studio master for the 2nd and 3rd year landscape architecture students.

Research Interest

Fourie Pieterse is currently doing his doctoral studies in landscape architecture at UP, with the thesis topic A model for developing resilient water management systems in urban landscapes.
