He is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He is Member of the South African Association for Food Science & Technology & C2 NRF rated scientist.
Research Interest
Research interests are Cereal protein chemistry, Food lipids & Antioxidant potential of phytochemicals from byproducts of cereal/legume processing.
