Biography
Ms Lorette Arendse obtained the degrees LLB LLM (cum laude) from the University of the Western Cape. Lorette served as a law clerk at the Constitutional Court during 2009 and was a lecturer at the Law Faculty, North West University in 2010. She joined the Faculty of Law in 2011. Lorette is a member of the Constitutional Court Clerks’ Alumni Association.
Research Interest
Her main research focus is on the right to education in the context of equality, class and race.
