Biography
Mr Norman Nhede is a lecturer at the University of Pretoria’s School of Public Management and Administration (SPMA). He joined the SPMA on 1 October 2011 and is involved in the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate modules such as Comparative Public Administration and Public Resource Management. His research focus is on leadership and governance, public policy and social security
