Biography
She has done BCom in Communication Management (Hons) from University of Pretoria, South Africa. Ms Selebi has been a full-time lecturer at the University of Pretoria since January 2014. During her academic career she has become an admired, highly educated woman who completed her MCom Communication Management in 2014, specialising in the effect of communication management styles of different South African cultures on employees’ understanding and acceptance of organisational vision. Selebi is pursuing her PhD degree in 2015, whilst managing the modules KOB 181-184 within the Communication Management Division, mentoring and acting as study leader to postgraduate Communication Management students, as well as making other academic contributions.
Research Interest
Her area of interest are Communication factors affecting effective organisational, social media communication and Intercultural communication management.
