Biography

He is a Senior Lecturer in Department of Plant and Soil Sciences, University of Pretoria,SA. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. He is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.

Research Interest

My main field of research is the storage fungi and mycotoxins associated with the indigenous African legume crop, cowpea (Vigna unguiculata). This crop is of great nutritional importance for many subsistence farmers and rural communities living in Africa, providing more than half of the plant protein in human diets in certain areas of the semi-arid tropics.
