Biography
Tebogo Morajane is a senior lecturer in the Department of Mercantile Law and holds the degrees BA (Law), LLB (UCT) and LLM from the University of Pretoria. She is currently registered for the doctoral degree (LLD) in Corporate Law at UNISA. Her LLD thesis is entitled “Corporate liability for the statutory offence of insider trading in South Africa: A Comparative Analysis.” She has been teaching at the Tshwane University of technology since 1996 where she held the position of senior lecturer. She joined the Department of Mercantile Law, University of Pretoria in 2009.
Research Interest
Her main interest is in corporate law and commercial law.
