Biography
"Prof Muneer Abduroaf is a lecturer at the University of the Western Cape, Department of Criminal Justice and Procedure. He is both an admitted attorney and a sworn translator of the High Court of South Africa. He is also a marriage officer for the Department of Home Affairs. His qualifications include an LL.B Degree in Shariah Law from the Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia, an LL.B Degree in South African law from the University of the Western Cape, and an LL.M Degree in International Criminal law from the University of the Western Cape. He is currently doing an LL.D Degree in Muslim Personal law at the University of the Western Cape. "
